Arngren

If we refer to the 10 heuristics by Jacob Nielsen this websites does not follow any of the heuristics.
i - Visibility of system status.
  - The system should always keep users informed about what is going on, through          appropriate feedback within reasonable time.

ii - Consistency and standards.
  - Users should not have to wonder whether different words, situations, or actions mean the same thing. Just follow the platform conventions.

iii -   User control and freedom.
   -   Users often choose system functions by mistake and will need a clearly marked "emergency exit" to leave the unwanted state without having to go through an       extended dialogue. So we must support undo and redo.

One thing that i would like to improve is rearrange the product by category so that when the customer want to buy any product it is easier for them to find the products. Other than that at the front page makes sure to put just a few products for display. The designer did get his information across which is selling stuff but in this case, we called it “information overload” where the viewers has too much information onscreen at the same time and  that it distract and confuses them. You really don’t want to confuse your viewers especially when you’re trying to sell a product.

I would not encourage others to visit site because we’re not sure what this website offer but if we have to guess then it’s some sort of ecommerce website. This ecommerce websites feel very out-of-date and needed an overhaul. Nothing in this website that is given a clear purpose of what this designer is trying to achieve. Maybe it’s popular in the 90’s but now it’s the most avoidable website for buying online.
